It took three hours for a minor service. I was offered a snack box.The custard creams were three month out of date. I was told I needed windscreen wipers @ £68.I bought the same ones from Halfords £23 The washed the car it was the worst wash ever.

I came in for an MOT and had rang to check the tyre would be changed. At 4pm it was confirmed with lease co. I was then told no mechanic available. I had been sat there for 6.5 hours. I complained and recepetion sorted it not Justin. Poor service.
