On arrival and collection of my vehicle I had to wait 30 mins to be seen and on collection of my vehicle it was the same 30 mins to be seen. This is due to only one person on reception. That s a total of 1 hour of my time spent at the Sunderland deal

Everyone else got asked if they would like coffee, shown to have a seat etc. I wasn't. Woman at the front desk needs an award for dealing with a few customers at one time and answering questions of mine even when i can see she was really busy.

I was told there was a 'red' finding on my car inspection. The saleswoman explained it which I was happy with but I received no printout of the faults or the video which I usually receive. I was told the car lift broke delaying the service completion

MOT/service on Friday. I was flexible & said you could have the car until Tuesday. I arrived @ 5.15pm you were still doing wheel alignment, then the MOT, it all just felt very rushed in the 11th Hour, when you'd had the car for 4 days, disappointing!

It took three hours for a minor service. I was offered a snack box.The custard creams were three month out of date. I was told I needed windscreen wipers @ £68.I bought the same ones from Halfords £23 The washed the car it was the worst wash ever.

I came in for an MOT and had rang to check the tyre would be changed. At 4pm it was confirmed with lease co. I was then told no mechanic available. I had been sat there for 6.5 hours. I complained and recepetion sorted it not Justin. Poor service.
